Kai Tak Airport has a special place in the minds of most HongKongers and anyone who has ever experienced the thrilling death defying descent into the old HK airport. When this series was taken all that remained of the Fire Station was a burned out shell, after a mysterious fire engulfed it soon after it’s closure. Here a hip hop dancers spring phoenix-like on the charred ashes to remind us that within this destruction, the spirit of Kai Tak will rise once more.
