Shek Tong Tsui ft. Frankie Ho.
Shot in the public cargo docks near Kennedy town, a row of high-rise building facades, recently shipped down from China, await removal and assembly into a new high-rise apartments somewhere within HK. Little is now manufactured in HK; even the homes we live in are built on the mainland and assembled here. The series senses the loneliness and desperation of living in small-congested spaces. HK may be one of the most populous places in the world, but such apartments seem at odds with nurturing a sense of community.
The series features, Frankie Ho a well respected choreographer and contemporary dancer.
